Since the day I was born in Casablanca, Morocco, developing my social and intellectual abilities to adapt to diverse environments and embrace change has become second nature. Transitioning through three distinct education systems—Moroccan, French, and American—from kindergarten through high school equipped me with proficiency in three languages and exposure to diverse educational resources. However, it also demanded continual adjustment to varying teaching methodologies, acclimatization to a new school environment, parting ways with old friends and the establishment of new friendships with each move. Nevertheless, these experiences ultimately opened doors to new opportunities in my newfound home today, the United States.

I embarked on my US journey at the age of 18, upon receiving acceptance to pursue Information Technology studies at the Pennsylvania State University. Transitioning from the comfort of family life to the complexities of independent living in a foreign land brought significant responsibilities, marking a pivotal life shift. Yet, this transition served as a catalyst for personal growth, enabling me to break through my limiting beliefs, refine my character, and start unlocking my own true potential.

Following college graduation, the path to employment as an international student demanded considerable effort and commitment to secure a position with a company willing to sponsor a work visa. With the right mindset, meticulous preparation, and perhaps a touch of luck, I achieved success in landing a job with one of the prestigious consulting firms, recognized as one of the "Big Four" — PwC (PricewaterhouseCoopers). Joining their Forensics Investigative Data Analytics team, made me experience profound professional growth and personal development that transcended any classroom education. Through this experience, I not only enhanced my technical skills but, more significantly, started realizing my true passion for leadership and coaching. Growing up in school environments where I frequently served as captain for numerous sports teams, collaborating in team settings and assuming leadership roles felt not only natural, but also fulfilling. Witnessing how these traits flourished in the professional realm was truly enlightening and ignited my desire to further cultivate my leadership coaching abilities, and help others reach their fullest potentials.

Fast forward, after almost a decade of consulting at PwC, and a few more years leading and coaching individuals and leaders in the data analytics sector within a fintech company, I’ve decided to take my passion to the next level by enrolling in an accredited life coaching program to learn the tools, techniques and methodologies utilized by professional coaches today. Marrying this coaching knowledge with my professional background and consulting expertise was the perfect recipe I needed to launch my coaching practice and turn my inherent nature and passion into a tangible life mission.

This mission is dedicated to ensuring that no potential goes untapped before my eyes.
